Sea moss lemonade (original recipe)
Here’s the original recipe to make a classic sea moss lemonade from scratch. If you lack time, you can also use store-bought lemonade and add the sea moss gel.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water (first step)
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¾ cup sugar (or natural sweeteners)
- 5 cups cold water (second step)
- Zest from one lemon (optional)
- 2 tbsp Organics Nature’s sea moss gel per serving (or homemade sea moss gel)
Recipe:
- Squeeze the juice of 4 to 6 lemons to fill a cup.
- Put the sugar and one cup of water in a saucepan over low/medium heat.
- Stir well until the sugar dissolves completely, then remove the syrup from the heat.
- Pour the syrup into a pitcher and add the fresh lemon juice.
- Add 4 tablespoons of sea moss gel to the mixture and still well until it dissolves completely.
- Then, add 2.5 cups of cold water to dilute the lemonade.
- Adjust to taste by adding more water, lemon juice, or sugar.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve chill with ice and sliced lemons.
Optional: for an intense lemon flavor, you can grate the zest from one lemon and add it to the saucepan so it infuses in the sugar/water mixture. Remember to remove it before serving!

Sea moss and ginger lemonade recipe
The synergy between sea moss and ginger provides excellent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. This sea moss and ginger lemonade recipe is also great for stomach bloat and helps improve digestion. It tastes lovely, and it's very refreshing!
Ingredients (3 servings):
- 5 cups water
- 2 oz fresh organic ginger
- 1 cup lemon juice
- Honey or another natural sweetener to taste

- Clean the ginger roots and chop them into small pieces.
- Add the ginger and 2.5 cups of water to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the ginger infuse for 10 more minutes.

- Squeeze the juice of 4 to 6 lemons to fill a cup.
- Combine the ginger, sea moss infusion, and lemon juice in a serving pitcher.

Sea moss and pineapple lemonade is another one of our favorite sea moss drink recipes! Ingredients (6 servings):
- 4 cups lemonade (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups Sprite soda
- 6 scoops (75 grams) Organics Nature’s Sea moss & Collagen Powder
- Fresh lemon and pineapple slices (optional)
Recipe:
- Mix the lemonade, pineapple juice, and Sprite soda in a serving pitcher.
- Add the sea moss powder and stir well until it completely dissolves.
